3 – Game Design Template

The partners will create a game design template consisting of descriptors such as:

  • title and author
  • introduction
  • objectives
  • IL competency standards addressed
  • game background
  • context of the game
  • target groups / number of participants
  • time required
  • materials and equipment
  • preparation
  • game rules
  • evaluation
  • etc.

The game design template will be assessed in a real environment through the adaptation of existing digital games to game-based learning model developed at a conceptual level in O2. After its validation, the game design template will be filled with data about games that have to be developed as a result of the project.
